Convolvulus pluricaulis (Shankhpushpi) is considered as an ayurvedic formulation for treatment of chronic cough, sleeplessness, epilepsy, hallucinations, anxiety etc. C. pluricaulis has anxiolytic, neuroprotective, antioxidant, analgesic, immunomodulatory, antimicrobial, antidiabetic and cardioprotective properties.

Convolvulus pluricaulis is a perineal herb known for its medicinal properties. Shankhpushpi has great medicinal application for liver diseases, epilepsy, cytotoxic & viral diseases, central nervous system related diseases in Ayurveda, traditional Chinese medicine and many other medicinal verticals.
